Oooooh. This is beautiful! When I first saw the title "Scenic Oklahoma", I thought, "Naah. I've been to Southwest Oklahoma, and it's not very scenic", but you have really pulled it off! And imo THAT is what makes a great photographer!
Cool rays. Creates a really need mood as a photo, but I'd love to see a tad more light on some of the foreground subjects, even the closer hills. Would just seem to make it more inviting, rather than just pretty. Guess that's a feeling that's hard to put into words. You need to "see" what is to "attract" you. Anyway, it's only 5% of the impact of the image regardless. So... go with what you have. I may be totally wrong in my opinion. Good luck with it.
Beautiful picture. The pastels in the picture really make it seem to be so inviting. Did you try to use the shadows in PS to bring up some of the colors of the flowers in the foreground? Would love to see those yellows be bright. However, I still love the picture.
The scenery is great, the sunbeams are beautifull and I think in total, it's a very good photo. After looking at the photo af couple of times I still kinda have the feeling that the tree bending towards the center of the image is blocking an important part of the view though.
This is one of my top choices for a ribbon for sure. Love the strong contrast between the tree and the volumetric lighting of the sky. Just seems a smidge dark but excellent photo. 10
I was just reading a book on clouds and other sky phenomenon and I'm beating myself up right now because I can't remember the name of those stripes in the sky. This is a fantastic photo. 10
