I liked this shot,,,lots. Gave you a 9. The colors and soft focus is nice in my opinion. Good luck on the next challenge.:)

Just wanted to say, I gave this a 10 and didn't comment because I figured you would have gotten pleny and easily finished in the top 10. A sharper focus may have helped but I like the softer focus myself. The picture is very relaxing and I love the glow the light creates under his body. Only thing I may have done differently would have been the crop. I would have tried a portrait crop with the tips of the wings going from edge to edge. But then again, what do I know? This scored higher than my highest entry. Good job, and better luck on your next entry!

Nice idea, and nice photo. The composition is a bit boring with the bird almost perfectly centered, and the focus could be a bit sharper.
