Contrast lacks depth and the clouds' details are blown out. Seems like there is a bluish cast over the entire photo and is most apparent over the hills in the background.
This is a good effort to photograph Crater Lake. Maybe a bit soft and maybe another aperture opening would have helped especially with your tripod or some other support, but still quite nice.
Great picture, but I think you may have gone a bit overboard with the blue saturation - doesn't look quite right. You have also lost a lot of detail in the trees in the foreground.
