A handsome fellow you found. He looks very interested in posing. A agree with John's assessment that the focus is more on the leg than the face and eye - but I still think it is pretty darn good. Your aperture was already pretty closed down at f7.1. Handheld, it may not be possible to get it tack sharp if you had to slow the shutter speed down much more. Nice shot!
Color is good, the only fault that slightly takes away from this is that the focus is not on his face but on his leg, it's still a good shot in my opinion.
