This was my first attempt at playing with a photo editing program and must have my screen tilted the wrong way to not notice the "blue" everything. I think I have corrected it now on my personal website, so thanks for the comments :)

The imagine is very blue. Blue clouds on blue skies, blue reflections on the statue. The composition is very plain, rigidly straight up-and-down and centered neatly in the frame and lacking any pizzazz.
Changing the white balance to get that blue sky left the white clouds too blue. A better way would be to adjust the blue channel using a hue/saturation adjustment layer.
