This was going to be in the Abandoned challenge, but it looks more like it's trying to escape. It's always entertaining to see what settings the iPhone camera picks--I had to double-check these!
A once familiar sight, but the trolleys here don't stray anymore since the council made it mandatory for them all to require a coin to use them. Suddenly it's not too much trouble to return them and get the coin back.
