I rather like this. Reminded me of something I shot for a FS once. Suffered the same fate with regard to scores though. Got a 7 from me if it makes you feel better :)

Seems really blurred. Have you joined the side challenge for Blur? I think this is a good artistic technique, but not for free study. The pic doesn't have a real subject. It is a nice blue monochrome, but needs something more to look at for the challenge.
