Great tones, the feel is creamy cyberpunk- I think its one of the best shots of the lot.
(Maybe the brick building holds the shot back, takes away from the futuristic feel, or perhaps it adds contrast- something to consider.)

Came back and bumped the score up to an 8. This image separates itself from the 7s with it's clean lines, gorgeous use of shadows, and cool tones. (looks like a preset I made in SilverFX) Great decision keeping the sky dead black to accentuate the sharp lines. Well done.
