The eye is drawn immediately to the (electrical?) box, which is not a very interesting focal point.

minor disrepair does not constitute abandoned in my opinion. i see nothing in this image that would make me fel this building has been abandoned. the windows still are intact, the paint is not peeling everywhere, there is nothing else wrong aside from the eavestrough being bent
