This looks to me too much like a picture accompanying a newspaper feature article about some kind of drama, so the image is not important in itself.

I find it interesting that many of your photos are taken from within a vehicle.

This reminds me of childhood visits to my grandparents, where there was always a fine black dust all over everything outside from the nearby factories.
