I feel the face position is a little forced.... usually It is not nice to cut the iris (pupila) of the eyes. Nice idea!

nice photo though personally the reflection on the hair looks a bit strange... cropping it would change that but thats more a personal feeling

I love the effect on this. Great eyes on the subject, great expression. The letters on the shirt are a little distraction. Very pretty in black and white.
