very original way to interpret the challenge. I am not too crazy about the green cast, I think it could have been stronger with some fiddeling with the levels/channels or even in black and white. Still 8.

This is a great photo! It is definitely borderline as far as meeting the challenge, but This photo is too good to count down for it. Great tones, great expression, I don't see any room for improvement on this.

I like the yellowish tone on the skin but find the greenish shadows unnatural. Great expression.

Some people may not like this because it isn't a normal/typical frame, but I do. Not quite sure on the green tint, I think it should be deep purple. JK =). Black and white may look nice too, but green is different. Great emotion, fitting title, technically flawless (that I can see) besides it not being deep purple. No, really, nice image.

I don't much care for the style of this picture but have to give credit where credit is due. It nicely meets the challenge. It is technically virtually flawless. And it carries a nice emotional punch. Among my top picks this time out. (9)
