Interesting scene; good placement of your subjects, although on my screen I have to scroll to see them, which does make a difference in the whole. (voted earlier)
This looks very much like the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin. I remember being absolutely awed by this and continue to be impressed by the sheer size of it and what it stands for.
This most certainly captivates my attention and stirs my imagination. Nicely done.
