the mood is too elusive - the roof shingles compete with the ivy - a vertical and reduced view would have been more effective for me and the annoying left-over sheets of asphalt roofing would be cropped, too
The shadow at the top of the door really takes away from the picture. If you could find some way to brighten that up without doing anything to the rest of the photo, this would be perfect.
