In the shaded areas, the exposure is well done. It's always a problem with scenes like this where the camera can see through to sunlit areas. Harsh lighting creates lots of challenges for the photographer. The preponderance of tree limbs above the boat seem cluttered. The boat itself is an interesting subject.
