I've often wondered why, with all the crap they have to put up with (including a steady diet of Luchables™), there aren't more serial killers who are children...perhaps they just haven't been subjected to enough nightly news yet.
Back when color television was new and difficult to tune to good color, it could look like this or worse. One day I visited my aunt who was watching her tv badly untuned and I asked her if she wanted me to fix it but she said she enjoyed it that way.
