One of the most natural looking HDRs I have done to date. This image really is helped out by the extended dynamic range, but I didn't want to make it obvious that the viewer is looking at an HDR, so I took a lot of care when messing with the sliders to ensure that everything was as even as possible. Hopefully as the voters look to this image, they will see the natural beauty of this scene, and the processing won't be in their faces.
This image is looking over the Meramec River, via one of the bluffs along Deer Run Trail in Onondaga State Park. Most of the trail was relatively boring until we came to the bluffs. The clouds were perfect on this date to add some spice to the sky, and the reflections in the water as well.
Post Processing:
* Chromatic Aberration
* White balance
* Combine 3 exposures in Nik HDR Efex Pro
* Reduce black point
* Increase definition, saturation, and vibrancy
* Burn part of the sky to reduce a little halo effect caused by the HDR processing
* Export as TIFF
* Resize
* Sharpen Edges
* Save as JPEG
