Interesting flare.
I think this image would be much stronger with a tighter crop. Take a look->if you get rid of some of the sides and most of the foreground, the far bank is almost suspended in space and looks pretty cool.

Beautiful light and reflection of the sun. Don't care for the building but the rest of the scene is perfectly lit. Bump to 7.
