topaz remask cut ducks n bubbles out, set it on a texture background, took back into topaz used the spicify filter.
I ran up and bought a bubble gun, the wind was blowing about 60 miles and hour, my duckies kept running all over the place and the bubble were all blowing crazy. Don't know how this will be taken, but I wanted to make a Bright Cheery Silly for Dallas
