I recently covered the Australian Body Art Awards, both as official photographer (2 days) and model (1 day). The creativity of the artists is truly incredible. This piece was competing in the Special Effects category. Minimal editing in Lightroom (saturation, vibrance, vignetting, curves, exposure, colour balance). Resize and USM in Photoshop, save for web.
