Ok -- so, seriously, I didn't have any ideas, then I got this idea, contacted the people involved, created the cards, remembered to curve the corners on the test card, forgot to curve the corners on the real cards, and then couldn't figure out anything creative to do with them. So it's a straight forward solitaire shot.
Here are the cards:
It's all posthumous's fault!! He thought there wouldn't be anything creative in the challenge, and he dared people to create cards, at least.
Decks are for sale for $1500 a piece.
Update: People are complaining about the cost of the deck -- Hey!! It's not my fault! Judi, Bear, Whiterook and Art were very reasonable in your model negotiations.
However, Grog's bevy of lawyers demanded $1498.47 per deck, and I had already finished the shoot. What was I supposed to do??

Congratulations, Wendy! Fantastic work, there was never any doubt about what the final result would be. I wish my dearth of ideas would transform into such creativity!
Can't believe anyone gave this less then a 6. Very creative and just very well done. Congrats on your Blue. Love your choices of pictures for the cards. Genius!!!
$1500-00 a set???? Whoa....you are the rip-off queen, when you can purchase a custom set for less than $5-00 a set....lmao!!! Although as I said before the challenge started....it would be a great idea to the set available to DPCérs! Congrats on ribboning.

I'm positive that that was a joke... sarcasm... just for fun... a lark. :D
LOL...yeah I know...hence the 'lmao' in the comment!!
Very creative and humorous Wendy. VWD. I think one challenge, in over 1500 challenges, a bit of community fun is allowed. I mean Ken is doing it all the time :) How many newbies are now seeing who all the characters suspects are... +1
Picture yourself as a non-DPCer looking at this photo purely from a photographical perspective. What score then would you honestly give this photo? - who are those people and why are they relevant to the photo?
Yes it is technically a good (not great) photo but this isnt an arts and crafts / make-a-nod-to-other-DPC-members challenge... that is a dig at the voters btw not the photographer - even she recognises that there was nothing creative in the set-up: "then couldn't figure out anything creative to do with them. So it's a straight forward solitaire shot."

I think you'll get a lot of comments from the active DPC members. Very well done although your cards have square corners. That's a minor nitpick and doesn't detract from your image. Good luck!
