Whatever you did to get the blur is very distracting, in fact almost to the point of being disturbing.

The strangeness of this image gives it some visual interest. Like the framing and the strange blurr at the edges. Think litle shorter exposure would have given a better colorsaturation.

Why is this image so blurry? ... Do you like it this way? ... I don't think that the voters will enjoy it ... but good luck anyway.

I like the framing... just wish the center of the photo was more in focus (I keep looking at it wanting to know what I'm looking at). Good luck on the challenge!

This definitely fits the challenge as I understand it, but it appears a little out of focus to me. I would have marked it higher if either the framing or the background had been more in focus.
