Updated my supply of the yellow background shot the yellow tulips in a yellow/gold vase. Thought the green of the leaves provided a nice complement to all the yellow. Later.

The yellow tulips are softer than the leaves there which in my opinion should've been the other way round since your subject are the yellow tulips. Also, the vase shifted to a little right would've perfectly centered the composition.
