It may be my monitor, but I have a really hard time discerning details in this photo. Therefore, its hard to tell what has been framed and what hasn't. I'd go for a longer exposure and therefore more reflected light - and with a slightly lower line of sight, maybe the moon could be framed in those dark uprights. Just my thought. Good luck.

Maybe it's my monitor but this is really to dark to see on my screen.

Perhaps the fence was meant to be the frame, but is so dark I'm missing it. Very interesting concept though.
