Long exposure fair enough.. but with rocks still in perfect focus?, must have been on a tripod, and hence setup and aimed, i sincerely doubt your eyes were closed while you mounted the camera onto the tripod and decided where to point it (way too risky to equipment).. this has to be a setup shot as far as i'm concerned, either that or you have hands as steady as a stone statue lol. Kinda defeats the spirit of the challenge for me but I shall obviously vote the picture as it is and give you a 7
Amazing shot. Not voting on it though, since I don't really feel it was within the spirit of the challenge... but heck, maybe it was. And if it was, I hope this wins... because it's awesome.
Believe your eyes were closed on this, but that you set up the tripod and slow shutter speed. Closed your eyes and pressed the release. Not scoring it because I could be wrong.
