 One of those desserts that taste very nice, but are hard to photograph. Raisin bread with cream, apple and sugar, baked in the oven.

Yup, this one would be more difficult to photograph. the crunchy, crispy edges contrast rather strongly with the custard and other lighter bits. This is (obviously) a top-down angle. Probably that dessert is long gone, but it would be interesting to see if it was more visually appealing with a side-view.
