If you ever happen to stop by again, here's the answer. I didn't do anything to the eyes other than unsharpen mask. As far as the brightness, it's natural and not done in PS. Thanks, for the comment too.

Beautiful shot, Nice cropping, great model. Her eyes are so bright, crisp and just perfect everytime I see a picture of her. Do you do that in photoshop or are her eyes just that amazing?
