This is fantastic!

Just on the woman's face, personally, I think I'd prefer it to be left in.
It gives me the sense that there are many more people out of frame about to enter the stairway. That this is just the begining...

Yeah, I did debate whether to crop the photo in or not. Still not sure which way I prefer.
