This is probably not as good as I could have mustered for this challenge, it being a topic that I particularly enjoy, but I'm happy with this overall.
It's a dry lakebed near where I live.
It's a two light setup, one high left aimed down at lower power and zoomed in a good bit, the other high camera right at high power and zoomed to 200mm, essentially providing all of the light for the top half of the tree and to make it really pop and be lit three dimensionally.
I'm not really thinking this will be all that well received for the entry.
