Nicely done. Like the motion blur (of the lens, I'm assuming). The guy is is perfect focus, nice detail to him. Good choice in converting to black and white.

This is well done. The selective focus is effective. Doesn't seem contrived at all. Almost like the photographer just happened to be in the right place at the right time.
