Taken at the 12mm end of the lens. Used a 3-stop graduated neutral density filter to hold back exposure in the sky. There was a bit of rain during my photo excursion, so I has plenty of water droplets to remove using Photoshop. In retrospect, I should have forgone with filter and rather used the lens hood to keep the rain out.
RAW conversion in Lightroom, noise reduction, clone out water droplets from front of filter, resize, sharpen save save for web.

The title is fitting. It has a cold feeling, as I am sure the blues and mist create this effect. I really like the attention to the detail in the foreground, and way off in the distance, you can see the lights of a city/town. It's a very beautiful picture, executed well.
Love the tones, perfect choice to convey the feeling of cold. Great exposure to give the water that misty look and I like the almost hidden city and mountain in the background.
