I'll be honest - I've come back to this eight times and I love it, then hate it, then I'm Meh about it. When in doubt, give the best mark you can I always say. :>)
Nice portrait. Haven't heard this euphemism before. There was another titled "Hungry Eyes" in the challenge, I think that title fits this picture.
I wish the eyes were a bit more detailed, and the hair in on the shoulder looks a little strange?
The clasp of the necklace is one of the first things I noticed, perhaps you didn't see it?
Overall, it's a nice shot. I like the high level of brightness. I think with a few minor adjustments, it would have been a wonderful photo.
