I think this was probably the most enjoyable challenge Ive ever voted in. Im glad I never participated in it. I am blown away by the quality + imagination of the entries!
I had done alot of Pre-Production work on this idea (constructing and building the jacket and the 'helmet' pieces). The idea was to do something akin to the movie Rocketeer but I grew unhappy with how the helmet was turning out and I did not have the extra 10 hours that I think I would have needed to get it to all "look" the way I wanted. Once DPL is over I do want to come back to this and get it right with the image I had in my head for this.
I just realized that the distinctive colors in the 3 poster ribbon images are blue, red, and yellow … coinciding well with the ribbon colors … barely worth a post but WTH.
