Grrrrrrrrr,.... how come i can't get rid of the 'hand tool' in camera raw editing mode when i click on like the crop or eye drop option in Photo shop elements?
The toggle for the hand tool is spacebar. Caps Lock has no effect on it that I can see. I am assuming you have selected some tool other than the hand in the toolbar along the top? Then check to make sure your spacebar is not stuck.
