Well, I was feeling pretty unloved here lately. The trolls have been beating me down. Even shots I thought were really good are getting mediocre scores, know the feeling?
Well I entered 2 framed prints to the City of SeaTac Art Exhibit. It's where the airport is, tween Seattle and Tacoma. You can enter up to 2 pieces for $15 each. They pick out $1200 worth of prints to hang in their office bldg. There were lots of entries. The guy from SeaTac called me today with the good news and actually heaped praise on my work. Both prints were in the final 12 cut, but only one made it. It sold for $250 and is a stylized PP version of a B&W image I had in a challenge last Fall.
