ok if anyone ignored my request to ignore this post ;-) ...do those pictures work? are they too big? etc...
because ive never gotten pictures to work right but they always show up on my computer...

When posting a photo from somewhere else, you will have to create the thumbnail image yourself, when posting a DPC portfolio you can use the image ID and the DPC server will create the thumbnail from you.
ok for some reason i got those two pictures to work...but I tried again with another one and it posted huge again even though on photobucket i had it reduced really small...
Ok, there is a way to use the same thumbnails photobucket uses when showing your portfolio to you. The thumbnail has the same name as the photo you are wanting to show, but with a th_ prefix attached. For example, your stormybeach photo from above has the name stormybeach.jpg so its thumbnail on photobucket has the name th_stormybeach.jpg. The full URL is the same as the photo, so where you stormy beach photo is at
//img73.photobucket.com/albums/v223/MusicAngel405/Florida/stormybeach.jpg,
the thumbnail is at
//img73.photobucket.com/albums/v223/MusicAngel405/Florida/th_stormybeach.jpg (notice the only thing that changed is the name of the file).
With this you can upload your photos to photobucket as you want them to be, and just use their automatically created thumbnails instead of creating your own. To learn how to post a clickable thumbnail in the forums, see this tutorial.
