Its just a rule, just to make sure things. Not saying that ribboners do not follow rules.
...and not saying the rest of us do. :) Top 5 always have to have their images validated. The rest of peons occasionally get put into a dark room with a good cop and a bad cop where they beat a confession outta ya. :)
