My guess is that somebody thinks Parallel Lines must be Perfectly Straight.
I wondered about that myself, if the point was for them to be parallel in reality or also in the photo. Many entries in the first challenge, including the blue ribbon, were parallel in reality, but converging in the photo.
There's NO way my photo is worthy of this low a score. Think I may need to take a permanent vacation from DPC regular challenges. What a waste of an afternoon and an evening for this. :(

Don't have the score thingy that keeps track of indvidual scores but, to drop that much in one vote...had to be a 1 there.

And in more than one entry parallel lines appear to be anything but.. Yet, I looked closely, and didn't find a single DNMC here, a couple of cruddy images, but nobody seems to have ignored the parallel lines part..
Seems we're all getting hammered out of the gate, I suspect most of you will find your scores improving shortly... Myself however :( Don't expect people to get this one I guess..

NAH...one/more lines running alongside another is parallel, curved or straight...doesn't matter. There's just some morons who are greatly amused by hitting the 1 button out right now. I'll bet that they did "warm-ups" on their clicking finger just before rollover LOL.
Ever think that the people who love to sit and click as fast as possible through an entire challenge scoring and do it all with 1's and 2's must have a lot of bad days and doing this, somehow gives them some form of "venting/anger release"??? I've thought about that. Then, I snap out of it and realize that if that gives them pleasure...well...what can one say? LOL

Mine either. I could stand by my image from now until doomsday and there may be a few who will agree with me, but it won't get a great score in the end. That's okay. But some troll giving everybody ones for some silly reason is just that... silly.
Was up to a 5.5, then got nailed by a 2 and a 3. Normal ops.
