Cool app. PdaNet has a free app that allows you to hook your blackberry, droid, Iphone and other PDAs up to your home computer or laptop and use it as a wireless modem. NO HACKING OF THE PHONE NEEDED.
App is free for most internet uses. If you want to access "secure" sites...banks...etc you will have to pay $29.99 for the full version.
Some wireless providers don't like you to tether to a computer and I'm not sure if they can tell or not...under normal circumstances. I'm using it now with my Android device attached to my laptop. It only took about 3 minutes to install on my computer and on my phone.
