Since I live in boring old Oklahoma, there isnt a whole lot for scenery. But theres the Myriad Botanical Gardens in downtown Oklahoma City. They have a small waterfall there, but you cant take your tripod inside unless you pay an extra $25 on top of the $6 admission fee. And once inside, they way the place is laid out, its hard to get a good angle on the waterfall.
Anyway, let me know what you think, what I did right or what I did wrong. If the colors are off, I only have a laptop at home to edit on and its not callibrated.
was there any kind of railing or bench nearby? sometimes a beanbag or even a ziploc bag with rice or something (flour probably works best, but it can look suspicious to the casual observer), can provide enough of a cushion for the camera to sit on without having to lug in (and pay) for a tripod.
There's no real good place to try and get a good shot with or without the tripod. They make a deal about staying on the paths but have built a walkway that goes in front of and behind the waterfall. It was rather frustrating. Ill just have to make the drive to a real waterfall and not this man made one
