Alright, can someone please explain to what the heck each of these mean.
it may be stupidly simple but i dont get it, whats the difference between the "advanced editing I, II and III???"

These are previous versions of the Advanced Editing Rules. They're not used any more.
Advanced Editing II replaced Advanced Editing I, and was then replaced by Advanced Editing III etc..
Edit: where abouts are you in the UK roughly?
