Funny how colour takes away the old yesteryear look that old B&W prints have. Did that make sense? Whenever I look at photos from the 30s or 40s I get the feeling they were taken at a time not of this world. It's like they're all posed, unreal for some reason. Looking at these images doesn't do that to me. I feel like I'm looking at real people in real places. Why is that?
