are you wanting to submit a photo to a contest?
if so, click on the challenges in the blue header and under the current challenge there is a link that says "View full details and SUBMIT", click on it and send your picture.

no, when the url window comes up you need to have a second window open that has the photo on it, cut the url from the browser for the photo and paste it in the url window replacing the "//www." that was already there.

i opened one of your photos and copied the url to the "insert hyperlink" button, it is the fourth and last button above the window that you type this message in.
this is your picture paul the second window that pops up after the url window is the text "this is your picture paul" that you type in.
this was done by linking to my son's server which does not have any block on it. Pbase happens to have a block that does not allow direct links, so what you need to do is to find another server that does allow direct links.
sorry, tripod won't let you either, it showed up for a second but not there is the tripod logo.
paul, you either have to be a paid member at pbase to insert a picture here, or you can use www.tripod.com or some other server that allows free direct links.
or you can just insert the link here and people can click on it.
