The problem is some of us (like myself) view the maximum number of posts per page on the forum. So what is for you page=2#abcdefg will be page=1#abcdefg for me. Maybe if there was a sort of redirect page that instead of id=xyz&page=2&comment=abcdefg was just id=xyz&comment=abcdefg and it automatically took you to id=xyz&page=x#abcdefg (with x = the correct page depending on your viewing preferences, xyz being the forum_thread_id, and abcdefg being the comment number), it'd fix that for me...
