Looking for Particular Photo From Last Year

I know this will be like looking for a needle in a haystack but I'll try anyways. Last year I saw a photo I really liked but I didn't put it in my favorites. I've been looking ever since but I can't find it. Please let me know if you know what photo it is from my vague description. It was a group of people sitting outside at night in what looked like a European City, maybe Rome? The exposure was sightly long and the people were sitting on steps. It was in the winter, maybe New Years? I really want to add that photo to my favorites if I ever find it. Thanks

Otherwise, do you know if it was a challenge image, or a portfolio image? Or roughly what time of the year it was?
