I've seen software that takes all of the photos one gives it and arranges them in the amount of space one specifies... with a uniform border (or not) around each of them and around the whole of it.
I can't remember it. Does anyone have anything you can recommend?
You might really be interested in trying Picasa. It's free and has what is apparently a pretty easy collage assembly process (haven't tried it myself but the rest of the program is simple).

I can't get it to go larger than 13x19. And I bombed at getting it done in time. Still could do it today, if I could figure it out... I don't want to pay for the Extreme and I have Genuine Fractals. So, perhaps I can make it 13x19 and then upsize it to the larger size for printing. Still trying to figure it all out.

Whoa - I didn't realize the 13x9 limitation. That kinda sucks. Let me know if you are successful with the Genuine Fractals option - sounds like that should work.
