I just got done writing a blog entry on something I found rather confusing in the past until I devised a system/framework for creating proposals.
The pricing and whatever else is still down to you, but it should prove helpful if you ever have to submit an estimate for a job.
PS: I'm not a master at these, I don't profess to be, but when I was searching for something similar I couldn't find ANYTHING, so maybe this will help :)
