Love your work in all genres. It was hard to guess which of these was yours. I guessed incorrectly, and then didn't want to double-guess. It was a logical error, based on "clues" in your image title.... from your portfolio titles.
Lots of fun to be just a little wrong.
These correct guesses is making me question what I am failing to see!
Your pictures are amazing, including the one you entered but after the challenge I went back and looked at all the thumbnails of the pictures you have entered so far and I still can't imagine how anyone got it right!
I can see the resemblance of reflection with the shadow of double helix, and the great composition with symmetry and curves, but that could be so many other great photographers here as well. Conclusion being I am missing something, please enlighten me!
Disclaimer : This is a doubt raised to teach myself how to identify pictures of great photographers, I believe if I can start seeing that in others work I can possibly find my own style as I am failing to identify that!
My least favourite comment on my photo was 'the border takes away from the photo...' . But seeing as almost everyone with a border got the same cut and paste comment i feel a bit better. Seems a bit obsessive though! Perhaps the poster had an unfortunate incident with a border as a child!
