I will be in Phoenix for a very short time January 22-24th. My husbands family has us on Saturday the 23rd. I was wondering if there were any DPC peeps that might want to get together on Sunday and show me what you like and shoot in your town?
I really want to be there. I'm not sure we can dig out of here by then. We got a good 6 inches of snow last night and more coming after the 2 inches of rain tonight!!! Crazy. Our road had a rock slide and we have abandon cars parked all over.
Hey it's all my fault Phoenix is getting this crazy weather, so my sister-in-law says. I'm still in Colorado our flight to Phoenix was cancelled last night due to weather. we are driving back to Denver to try it again today. I'm still up for Sunday, like JulietNN said lets chat Saturday evening. Even if it is not raining there may be other weather related reasons.
actaully it is those people from CA that are blowing the weather this way. We had a tornado watch last night and it touched down in PHX, we are under blizzard, high winds (got up to 96mph here last night) flash flood warnings (PHX got 4 inches last night that is 1/2 of their total rain fall a year) dust storms and snow warnings at 3000 feet!@
Yes no problems for 10 am, looks like the weather will be sunny. there is a severe frost warning in Tucson tonight and usually what happens is everyone crashes, they close bridges and roads and more people crash. So we are going to leave at 8am, I will call you if we get into any trouble with other people crashing, but we are coming. I have even made a picnic for the kids (we will sit there freezing our arses off eating it, but OH FUN! lol)
