For those of you concerned with the phrasing of the media license in the Terms of Use, we've clarified the line to now read...
"Solely to enable DPChallenge.com to use the Member Information and Media that you supply for the specific operation or marketing of the site, you hereby grant..."
It's utterly important that you realize our intentions on the site are still the same as they ever have been, and in no way are we out to 'screw you over' for lack of a better term. That being said, we could argue about the specific wording of the Terms of Use all day long, but you've just got to trust us on this. It's very important to us that we protect ourselves on this site, especially now that money is involved.
